Primary function:

Sales Representatives are responsible for selling Hunter Solutions customer-centric e-business solutions to Fortune 500 customers within their assigned territory. Hunter Solutions e-business solutions are focused around the following services and technologies: directories, personalization and security; portals and web application development; network planning, assessment and design; and Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively source and develop new business opportunities, building client base within assigned territory and/or industry segment.
  • May manage established accounts, serving as lead Hunter Solutions representative for any add-on or additional service opportunities and negotiations.
  • Qualify, scope, develop solutions for and close client opportunities.
  • Manage customer interface, ensuring that the quality and delivery of contracted services meet customer expectations.
  • Develop account plans and review with the district manager.
  • Design creative business solutions for clients that encompass all of Hunter Solutions's solutions.
Requirements:

Demonstrated successful sales of IT solutions to Fortune 500 accounts at executive level required, including previous experience assessing, pricing and winning large IT/systems integration bids; some experience selling e-business solutions required.

A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, has experience personally selling and closing major accounts at the CEO, CIO level.
  • Leveragable contacts and relationships in the geographical area
  • Ability to understand business issues and recommend technology-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of e-business solutions marketplace, competitors and industry trends.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent required; MBA a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and relationship management skills at executive level.
  • Flexibility to thrive and adapt in a high-growth, fast paced, evolving industry; decidedly entrepreneurial in nature; a high level of energy.
  • A conceptual and strategic mind; an ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
